2026 Civil Protection Day

CIVIL PROTECTION DAY 2026 postponed

The Civil Protection Day planned for 27th June 2026 in Freiburg had to be cancelled at short notice due to the extreme heat.

We look forward to making up for the event together with all participants in 2027.

The corresponding scheduling is currently underway. As soon as the new date is confirmed, we will publish it here.

Prepare for disasters

Disasters are part of life. Almost every day, we can read about disasters and largescale emergencies in a variety of media and see the images of destruction and suffering. These are not just major disasters which affect large areas for a long time.

No matter what you can do, you can help

Without voluntary work, our society would be a different one. Around 1.7 million people perform valuable voluntary work and thus contribute every day to maintaining community life in Germany.
